Product and baker questions
For non-postable cakes, use the enquiry form on the product page to reach the relevant baker with occasion details. That is the supported customer path today for quotes and local centrepieces.
Baker trading names and premises attribution appear on each product page so you can see who makes the food.

Cancellations and alterations
Made-to-order cancellation cut-offs (also on Refunds & cancellations and Terms):
- Cancellations and alterations are allowed before midday on the same day.
- After midday, no order alterations are accepted.
- After midday, when orders and deposits have been paid, no refunds are given.
Bakers (suppliers)
Existing bakers sign in at Baker login. Onboarding and FBO verification are handled through the supplier portal and platform ops — not via a public contact form on this page.
